How long will my real tree last?

Your tree can stay fresh and beautiful for 4+ weeks with proper care. To ensure it lasts throughout the festive season, keep the tree in fresh water, away from direct sunlight, and avoid placing it near air conditioner vents or heat sources. By following these tips, your tree will continue to bring holiday cheer for weeks to come!

How does tree collection work?

We make saying goodbye to your tree hassle-free! Here’s how it works:

  • Curbside Pick-up: Just have your tree out by the curb before 9 AM on your scheduled day, and we’ll swing by to collect it—easy as that!
  • Removal & Collection: If you’ve opted for this service, ensure your tree is decoration-free by 9 AM, and we’ll come in, carefully remove it, and whisk it away.

What happens next? Your tree returns to our farm, where it's mulched and used to grow the next generation of beautiful Christmas trees, keeping the magic alive for seasons to come!

When will my tree be delivered?

Your tree is on its way! Deliveries happen between 7 AM and 7 PM. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you in the loop! The moment our ute rolls out of the farm with your tree safely on board, you’ll receive a text with a 2-hour delivery window. So, get ready to welcome your fresh tree without the surprise!

Do I need a stand for my tree?

Yes, you’ll need a stand, and we’ve got you covered! We use sturdy, reliable Cinco stands to keep your tree standing tall and fresh throughout the holiday season. With one of these, your tree will be as stable as it is beautiful!
